Tasting Notes
Wine of pale yellow color with golden reflections.
On the palate, this elegant wine is dominated by a bright and fresh acidity, which gives way to the mineral nuances. At the end you expect a long and well-structured finish.
The rich aroma of the wine reveals fruity notes, mostly pink grapefruit, which eventually replaced by siliceous mineral notes typical of wines appellasona gravel.
The wine goes well with white asparagus, fish and veal.
