Reviews of purchase Rene Mure, "Signature" Riesling, Alsace AOC, 2012
Wine of a beautiful golden color.
The taste of wine is soft, well-structured, with notes of citrus and dried pineapple, light sweetish nuances and a long finish.
The wine has an expressive aroma with notes of peach and melon.
Wine is the perfect companion for fish and seafood, or sauerkraut.
"Signature" Riesling - one of those wines having the characteristic aroma and flavor varieties. Riesling for "Signature" is grown on 32-year-old vines on limestone-clay soils. Harvesting is carried out in September. Vinification is the slow fermentation and maturation on the fine lees. Wine storage potential is 4-5 years.
