Wine sparkling purple.
This wine has a very mellow taste with bright acidity and an impressive balance. Long finish accompanied by pleasant fruity notes.

Wine grapes are harvested in Remol Tuscan estates with Frescobaldi vineyards located in areas with different types of soils and exposures. Planting density ranges from 2,200 to 5,500 vines per hectare. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September / early October. Fermentation is performed for 10 days in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place immediately after alcohol. Maceration of the skin produce within 7 days. The wine is kept 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
