Dry, elegant, fresh, mild taste of wine charms tones of fruits, hints of strawberry and raspberry, which playfully flow into thin and long aftertaste.
The wine has a nice, deep aroma, which are the bright palette of floral and fruity tones.
The wine can be served with appetizer, first course, pork, fish, white meat and young cheeses.
"Rapitala" Rosato - elegant and fresh fruity wine, created from grapes Nerello Meskaleze and Perricone, grown at an altitude of 300-400 meters above sea level on clay soils. Harvesting takes place in the first week and a half of September, when the berries have good acidity. At the winery, after careful sorting, separated by ridges berries are processed under gentle pressure and remain for several hours in full contact with the skin. Vinification held in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled temperature conditions.
Wine producer - Sicilian farm Tenuta Rapitala (in Arabic - "river of God"), founded in 1971 by Count Bernard Ugonis della Gatine. The ideal climatic conditions for growing here as autochthonous and international grape varieties from which the elegant wine with a luxurious bouquet. The owner of the company has upgraded cellars and wineries, which were almost completely destroyed during the earthquake in Belice Valley. Tenuta Rapitala philosophy is that wine should only be of excellent quality and perfectly created, but most importantly their individuality and uniqueness, clearly reflects the exclusivity of its terroir.
