Wine "Gruner Veltliner Spiegel", named after the vineyard Spiegel, made from the classic varieties of grapes grown there - Gruner Veltliner. The grapes are harvested by hand in September and carefully sorted. Harvest necessarily otlёzhivaetsya before pressing for at least 6 hours.
