White wine "Batar" is made from two grape varieties - Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grown in the vineyard of the same name "batteries", which was planted in 1988. Interestingly, in the interval between 1998 and 1991 wine called "Batard-Pinot" and was created from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. Crop harvested in 8 kilo crates and sent to the winery, where it is gently pressed. Aged wine in French oak barrels, 30% of which - the new, and 70% - one year of use. After bottling wine "resting" another 6 months in the cellar of the winery. In total, the aging process "Batar" takes about 20 months. Wine storage capacity "batteries" is 4-12 years.
