Reviews of purchase Quarisa, "Enchanted Tree" Cabernet Sauvignon, 2015
Tasting Notes
The wine is dark cherry ruby color with purple sparks.
The wine has a full, rich, dense, rich, complex, multifaceted, well-structured and balanced, elegant taste with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, black raspberry, fruit liqueur, complemented by nuances of mint, eucalyptus, chocolates and oak, fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and a long, juicy, vibrant, bright finish.
The wine has an incredibly clean and deep aroma woven from notes of red fruits in a frame of seductive shades of mint, cloves, vanilla, lavender and noble wood.
Experts recommend serving wine with fried lamb, beef, venison, grilled meat, minestrone and hard cheeses.

Quarisa, "Enchanted Tree" Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the company's vineyards in southern Australia. Harvest for this wine was collected from several selected premium vineyards in the Kunavarra region, in the coastal zone, where calcareous soils prevail. In 2015 , the conditions were ideal for growing grapes with a high sugar content, rich in taste and aroma. Significant fluctuations in day and night temperatures contributed to the uniform ripening of berries. Harvested when the berries reached optimum ripeness from the 3rd week of March to the 3rd week of April 2015. Productivity did not exceed 3 tons per acre. At the winery, the berries are delicately pressed in such a way as to preserve the anthocyanins, which affect the color saturation. Vinification takes place by the traditional method used for red grapes with strict temperature control, followed by aging in oak barrels. Experts recommend serving wine with fried lamb, beef, venison, grilled meat, minestrone and hard cheeses. The potential of wine is 5-6 years.
Quarisa, "Enchanted Tree" Cabernet Sauvignon has been awarded gold medals at the New Zealand International Wine Show, San Francisco International Wine Competition and Cairns Show Wine Awards.
