Reviews of purchase Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Perrieres" AOC, 2011
Wine brilliant light straw color.
Full-bodied, beautifully structured wine has a rounded taste, flexible texture and tone sour. The finish is long, with mineral notes.
Magnificent aroma of the wine opens with juicy notes of peach, lemon peel, pumpkin seeds and a refreshing sea breeze.
Fine wine as an aperitif or in combination with scallops, delicate dishes of chicken, goat cheese and cheese Conte, fish dishes, fried mushrooms.
Elegant dry white wine Puligny-Montrachet "Les Perrieres" 2011 has a surprisingly refined aroma and seductive, rich, voluminous taste excellent length. The wine is created from a crop harvested from 20 year old vines grown in the vineyard "Les Perrieres", whose name reflects the characteristics of the soil (in French "perrieres" means "rocky"). Domain Etienne Sauzee this vineyard owned a small plot size of only half a hectare. Wine is produced by traditional methods, vinification consists of fermentation and malolactic fermentation in large oak casks. Excerpt on the lees for 11 months takes place in French oak barrels, 35% of which - new. After filtration, the wine is further aged for 6 months in steel tanks. Wine storage capacity is at least 10 years, but can reach 20 years.
