Around the vineyards from the ground, springs are sprinkled with crystal clear water, which irrigates the vines and imparts a special, pure taste to the wine.
The first bottle of wine "Principe di Corleone" was released in 1982 by the head of the family and the founder of the company - Giuseppe Pollara. Years later, the reins of power passed to Vincenzo and Lea Pollard, who still manage the estate to this day. Collected from the vineyards in Corleone, the harvest is processed at a factory in Malvello (Palermo neighborhood). The Pollar family skillfully combines the traditions of Sicilian winemaking with modern technologies, offering elegant, classic and refined wines to connoisseurs.
