Grapes for Plenilunio grown in the prestigious hill Montemareto, on white tuffaceous soils rich in sand and trace elements. This hill is located on the south side. The slopes are very steep hill, in certain parts of the slope is 40 °. The vineyard was planted in 1995 with a very high density of vines - 6000 vines / ha. 85% of the area takes Chardonnay, 15% - Sauvignon. This vineyard is designed specifically for the cultivation of raw materials for Plenilunio Chardonnay.
