Pio Cesare wine production was founded in 1881 in the center of Alba on the site of the old stables. For four generations, from year to year, the wines retain their high status noble beverage, are well-known and highly respected. To date, the area of vineyards, which are located in the zone of Barolo and Barbaresco, is more than 45 hectares.
Wine production deliberately limited in order to maintain high quality. Because of this, Pio Cesare can be found only in expensive restaurants, wine shops and hotels.
