Interesting Facts
Hofstatter winery is named after its founder - Josef Hofstattera - more than a century. Winery has come a long way and harmonious development, gradually increasing the size of its vineyards, cellars extending storage, combining family traditions with innovative developments.
Hofstatter vineyards are located on either side of the valley of the Adige, in different climatic regions and at different heights, which varies between 250 and 750 meters above sea level. Also, depending on the geological features of the area of soil varies. This diversity allows us to find for each grape variety optimum habitat. Family Hofstatter care and cares for the land and the environment, so grows the grapes using only organic fertilizers.
