Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with a golden sheen.
Spicy notes on the palate the wine combined with a bright but pleasant acidity and a long finish, which clearly traced mineral style.
Light, refreshing citrus scent, combined with bergamot and white peaches.
Petit Chablis wine is perfect as an aperitif. It goes well with fish dishes and seafood, especially oysters.
