Reviews of purchase Herve Azo, Petit Chablis AOC, 2009
Straw yellow with a golden sheen.
Spicy notes on the palate the wine combined with a bright but pleasant acidity and a long finish, which clearly traced mineral style.
Light, refreshing citrus scent, combined with bergamot and white peaches.
Petit Chablis wine is perfect as an aperitif. It goes well with fish dishes and seafood, especially oysters.
Domain Herve Azo - a small winery, founded in 1982 by former professional public relations, fell madly in love grapes and wines of Chablis. It all started with the vine and the acquisition of a small area. Today vineyards are not so great, but most of the vineyards are located in the elite areas of Premier Cru. Domaine Herve Azo is part of the prestigious wine-tasting home Brocard. Wines Herve Azo less popular among connoisseurs of Chablis compared to other manufacturers, but none the less able to surprise everyone! Wine storage capacity Petit Chablis 2-3 years.
