Non-alcoholic wine "Be Free" Rotwein is created from red German grape varieties especially for those who for some reason can not consume alcohol. After alcohol is extracted from the wort, secondary fermentation is carried out. Then the aromatic substances extracted earlier are added to the wine, they are responsible for the freshness of the drink. Non-alcoholic wines "Be Free" exert a tonic and beneficial effect on the body due to the increased content of enzymes that promote effective digestion. Thanks to the innovative production system, Peter Mertes managed to save vitamins, antioxidants and mineral salts in Be Free wines.
