Refined and very elegant wine Meursault "Les Tillets" made from Chardonnay grapes harvested from six different parts of the vineyard "Les Tillets". Vines growing on the southern and south-eastern slopes of the hill on the clay and limestone soils, are aged between 30 and 70 years. Wine is produced by traditional Domain Patrick Zhavile technology with fermentation in oak barrels. Then the wine is aged for over a year on the lees in French oak barrels, and before bottling passes light filtering. Domaine Patrick Javillier is located in the "heart" of Burgundy - in the famous village of Meursault, which is the center of the wine department of Côte-d'Or. Returning from the war in 1945, Raymond Zhavile, father of the current owner Patrick took over the management of small family vineyards and gradually, through new acquisitions in the area Meursault, increased their area of 3 hectares. Patrick Zhavile, received a diploma enologist at the University of Dijon, created his first wine in 1974 and has since been responsible for the quality of all products.
