Wine Pascal Cotat, "La Grande Cote", Sancerre AOC, 2012
Reviews of purchase Pascal Cotat, "La Grande Cote", Sancerre AOC, 2012
Wine intense straw yellow color.
Powerful, expressive and energetic taste of wine has infinite complexity and depth. Velvety tones of candied fruit, candied fruit and marmalade create an interesting composition with notes of salted roasted nuts: almonds, hazelnuts and pine nuts. In a dry, refreshing aftertaste present restrained sweetness and bright fruitiness.
The aroma of wine combines almond tones, spring flowers, grass and light silicon and smoky hints.
Wine is served with fish and crustaceans, recommended for cold dishes, meats, goat cheese.
