"Roma" is created from indigenous varieties of Malvasia Lazio (Puntinata), cultivated in Italy since the days of the Roman Empire. The vines grow at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level on a hilly area south of Rome. The soils are rich in volcanic rocks, which gives the wine a refined mineral flavor. The harvest is picked by hand at the end of September. The vinification process is carried out maceration on the skins for Stuoka, then the wort is fermented in a thermoregulation in steel tanks for 20 days.
