"Clos de l'Arlot" - great wine Domain de L'Arlo, which is made from Chardonnay, often with the addition of a small proportion of Pinot Gris. Since 2002, the 40-year-old vines in the vineyard cultivated using biodynamic methods. The grapes for vintage 2011 was collected manually from 2 to 9 September. Fermentation was carried out in oak barrels at controlled temperatures, while the wort is not filtered. Excerpt wine lasted 12 months in oak barrels, 30% of which - new.
