Elegant fruit wine "Clos de l'Arlot" produced from Pinot Noir harvested from vineyards in the Côte de Nuits. Since 2002, the vineyards biodynamic cultivation techniques used 50- and 30-year-old vines. The grapes are harvested by hand and double are carefully selected. Fruit is macerated and fermented in neutral containers at a temperature controlled between 15 and 20 days, regular and subjecting it remontazhu pizhazhu. Excerpt wine lasts 16-18 months in oak barrels, 50% of which are updated annually. Before bottling the wine is not filtered. Wine storage capacity is 10-15 years.
History Economy Domaine de l'Arlo received a new round of development, when it became the manager Jean-Pierre de Smet. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the region and only planted Pinot Noir.
