Wine Neudorf, Pinot Noir Moutere, Nelson 2006
Reviews of purchase Neudorf, Pinot Noir Moutere, Nelson 2006
Wine ruby color with dark purple reflections.
This beautifully structured wine with good acidity, rich, sophisticated, rich and complex taste that is woven motifs of fruit - cherries, ripe plums with spicy echoes of spice and mineral nuances.
The aroma of wine is different freshness and spicy motives, against which a superb bouquet interwoven notes of wild forest berries (strawberries), pepper, black cherry, chocolate, wild herbs and oak.
The wine will be excellent accompaniment to red meat, salads, appetizers, pasta, game and poultry.
The history of the winery began Neudorf in 1978, when the New Zealand art of making wine was in absolute decline. And after going through a lot of difficulties, armed with a desire to create fine wines and faith in yourself and your goals, the family managed to carry out his wishes, many vineyards planted on the lands of the South Island.
Initially, for experimental purposes, were planted dozens of varieties to determine some of the most perfectly suited to the local soil. Develop and get stronger winery and its owners have helped friends, neighbors, friends and relatives, which the family is grateful to this day.
