The wine is light golden color.
On the palate - rounded, with a pleasant acidity, notes of flowers, mineral colors and excellent finish.
The wine has a clean aroma with floral and mineral nuances.

Naudet is winemaking family since the 17th century, but in fact komaniya Moreau Naudet, as such, was founded in 1950 after the wedding of Mademoiselle Marie Naudet and Monsignor Rene Moreau. The company was transferred in 1991 from father to son. The current owner of the company Stephen Moreau has made tremendous international recognition and is considered one of the best producers of Chablis. Moreau Naudet domain owned 22 hectares of Chablis, of which 1.84 hectares - land Foret.
Stephen Moreau refused chemical Pesticides and used for this purpose only organic matter. Harvest always collect a little later than do the neighbors in order to achieve perfect ripeness. Grapes are always going to hand only. The wine is aged in large old barrels.
