Montefalco Sagrantino has a deep, rich flavor with a powerful tannic basis. The bouquet is dominated by shades of ripe cherries and black fruit interwoven with hints of spice. In a long, pleasant aftertaste further disclosed toasted notes of toast, vanilla and oak.
Complex, multi-layered fragrance opens with bright notes of ripe cherries and blackberries, to which are added shades of cinnamon, cloves and vanilla.
