"Monopole" - the oldest brand of white wine in Spain. Company CVNE produces this wine since 1915. "Monopoly" - a classic white fresh wine from Rioja. The wine is created from Viura grapes harvested in different areas in the degree of optimum maturity. Cold maceration on the skins before fermentation preserves fine varietal aromas. After careful pressing, grape juice is fed by gravity into stainless steel tanks for fermentation and stabilization of the cold at a controlled temperature. Thanks to this method of vinification, "Monopoly" shows excellent freshness and richness of fruit and floral aromas.
Northern Spain Wine Company (CVNE), founded in 1879 by brothers Raimundo and Real de Azua Eusebio, considered the oldest winery in Spain. Eusebio poor health, the doctor recommended that the dry climate, the cause for which the brothers decided to settle in the province.
