Minhas Craft Brewery is an American company based in the city of Monroe, Wisconsin. She specializes in beer production. Its owners at the moment are sister and brother, Magnit and Ravinder Minhas. The company is considered the oldest brewery in the Midwest and one of the oldest in the United States. “Minhas” survived the Great Depression, survived Prohibition and fire. The brewery appeared in 1845 and during its existence changed 10 owners, until in 2006 it passed into the possession of the Minhas family.
