The wine is straw-yellow color.

Muscat "Vignoble de Katzenthal" - a subtle, aromatic dry white wine, created from Muscat grapes. Due to its low sugar content, the wine will be an excellent aperitif, perfectly complement the vegetable dishes, poultry and seafood. The wine comes from Alsace - the famous wine region of France, the homeland of magnificent white wines from the Riesling grape, Gewurztraminer and Muscat. For the production of wine Muscat "Vignoble de Katsental" is used to harvest the vineyard Katzenthal, which grows on the slopes at the bottom of the valley, which ensures a robust three-way protection from cold winds and the sun's rays warm the vines freely throughout the day. The first mention of the Valley and its vineyards Katsental occur even in the treatises of the Roman Empire. In 1185 the charter of the Pope Luke III confirmed the possession of the province Chacindale, which in our time is called Katzenthal. In December 1944, during the Second World War the city was destroyed by the Colmar and the vineyards in the valley Katsental destroyed as a result of relentless bombing. After a careful and long-term recovery of this valley it was revived and has become one of the jewels of Alsatian vineyards. Today, more than 30 wineries cultivate vines on 200 hectares of vineyards, skillfully combining ancient traditions and technological progress.
