Tasting Notes
The wine is a deep ruby-red color.
The wine has a soft, silky taste with abundant fruit and hints of well integrated tannins. The finish is long, fruity-spicy.

Interesting Facts
To create a wine "loosely" is mainly used grape varieties Merlot (80%), supplemented by a small amount of Cabernet Franc (20%), although the blend can vary. Vines grow on the farm Meroi Friuli eastern hills at an altitude of 110 meters above sea level. Meroi Davino - a family business located in the heart of the wine region of Friuli Colli Orentali, in the municipality of Boutroux. At the end of the 1980s, the third generation winemaker Paolo Measure inherited the estate from his father and, together with his son, Damiano continued production of wine. Products winery has long won popularity among connoisseurs and experts, due to the high quality and unique style. Paolo Measure not only produces wine, but with his wife working in their own restaurant "Al Parco", located in the center of Boutroux. This well-known restaurant in the north-eastern part of Italy and Paolo are implementing major part (80%) produced by beverage. The remaining wine is sold to private collectors in Europe and the US. Annual production of wine is very small - only 30,000 bottles.
Measure family owns 35 hectares of vineyards, grown on the picturesque slopes of Friuli, of which 12 hectares - are areas where crops are already used in the manufacture of wine, and the rest - are areas where crops are grown younger in the future.
