Wine Memorias, 2000
Reviews of purchase Memorias, 2000
Wine virtually impermeable purplish-red color.
Wine has a harmonious, balanced taste with mild tannins and a pleasant aftertaste, which felt the tone walnut.
The wine has an exquisite fragrant bouquet with hints of oak, mint and tar and floral nuances.
The wine goes well with hot appetizers, meats, poultry, game and cheeses.
Producer of fine wine "Memorias" is a Chilean company El Principal, located in Pirke. It was created in 1998 through the efforts of Jorge Fontaine and Jean-Paul Jack, who previously owned winery Château Pavie in Saint Emilion. They selected the best vineyards in the Maipo Valley, where vines were planted Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Carmenere. The winery was named after the Native American hero who saved his people from the Spaniards during colonization.
In 1999, Jean-Paul Jack died, and now his business continues to son Patrick. In memory of his father, he created wine "Memorias".
