Reviews of purchase Melipal, "Blend" Malbec-Petit Verdo-Cabernet Franc, 2015
The wine is a deep ruby color.
The rich, rich taste of wine is full of fruit accents and juicy halftones of ripe berries. Delicate hints of coffee and spices, light balsamic nuances complement the taste chord, developing into a long, refined and persistent aftertaste.
The complex and very intense aroma of the wine reveals notes of raspberry framed by accents of spices. The bouquet is also decorated with touches of chocolate and vanilla hints.
The wine goes well with grilled meat, game, vegetable stew, ripe cheeses and meat snacks.
The name of Melipal dry red wine , "Blend" Malbec-Petit Verdo-Cabernet Franc speaks for itself - it is a mixture of three grape varieties: Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Vinification of each variety takes place separately and involves alcoholic fermentation on natural sediment in 75-hl tanks under temperature control. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels. Aged Melipal, "Blend" Malbec-Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc for 12 months.
