The vines are cultivated using cordon and Guyot systems on thin clay soils with excellent exposure. Crop yield is 100 quintals per hectare. The grapes are harvested in early October in a state of maturity. After a gentle pressing, crushing and kriomatseratsii for better extraction of natural characteristics, grapes fermented at controlled room temperature 15-17 ° C. with the addition of natural indigenous yeasts. Fermentation is stopped at a fairly large amount of residual sugar. Extract of wine before bottling is made in stainless steel vats.
