"Ghe" Barolo Riserva - a delightful Italian dry red wine, which was used for the production of Nebbiolo grapes. "Gay" - the name of the vineyard, which is the sole owner of the family Sebaste. The vineyard is located near the district Ceretto, near Serralunga d'Alba. Nebbiolo harvest to create this wine harvested in September. Vinification process takes 12-16 days and is held in special temperature-controlled steel tanks with computer control system. Then the wine is kept for 30 months in 400 liter French oak barrels, the wine is bottled after that and goes on sale.

The process of wine-making in the company Mauro Sebaste takes place in the cellars, equipped with the most innovative wine-making technologies. Once the grapes comes from vineyards in the cellar, it is sorted by hand and gently pressed. Then apply a special peristaltic pump, through which the wort gets in special fermentation tanks made of stainless steel, which is provided with automatic temperature control. After fermentation, the wine kept in the barrels, which were thoroughly sterilized using UV rays. After the wine is ready, it is bottled using modern devices for bottling, which ensures the quality and guarantees extremely sterile approach to bottling. After proper exposure, you can try the wine directly at the company in a special room, under the strict guidance of Mauro Sebaste and his wife.
