Reviews of purchase Mauro Molino, Barolo "Gallinotto" DOCG, 2009
Wine of deep red garnet color.
The taste of wine - full-bodied, soft, velvety, balanced, with expressive tannins with hints of berries, vanilla and licorice.
The aroma of wine felt the tone of ripe black fruit (blackberries, blueberries), resins, spices, herbs, eucalyptus, tobacco and balsamic.
The wine goes well with red meat and poultry on the grill, steak, roast beef, pasta stuffed with meat, as well as dishes with spicy sauce, salami and mature cheeses, such as Toma and Fontina.
