"Mazzano" produced by ancient technology with slightly dried grapes. After the harvest in September and October berries are laid on bamboo lattice. In February, the total volume is reduced by 35-40% on grapes produced in limited quantities noble rot, aided by cold alpine climate. After gentle pressing grapes left to ferment in large Slavonian oak barrels for 45 days at ambient temperatures. Extract of wine is three years in 600-liter barrels of Slavonian oak and oak Allier, and then another six months before - in bottles. Wine storage capacity is 35-40 years.
