The wine is dark garnet color.
The wine has a viscous, rich, moderately dense taste with expressive notes of black fruit and soft tannins basis. In a remarkably long and eventful finish felt tone espresso, iron and tobacco.
The aroma of wine is filled with notes of blackberry, black currant and cherry, are also distinguishable mineral tones and floral notes of violets.

Red wine "Clos Martinet" - a classic representative of the "new wave" of the Priory - made from several grape varieties: Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cariñena collected from the best plots located on a unique soil "llicorella". Small winery Mas Martinet belongs Jose Luis Perez - pioneer Priory along with Alvaro Palacios, Rene Barbier and Carles Pastrana, who in 1989 together created their first wine. Vineyards with a total area of 7 hectares located around the winery on the banks of the river Siurana, between settlements and Gratallops Falset.
