Producer's description
Marsuret is a winery founded by Agostino Marsura in 1936. Agostino acquired the first vineyard in Val de Cune and began to produce bottled sparkling wine with natural fermentation (pet-nat). His younger brother, Giovanni, took care of the vineyards and was engaged in harvesting, carefully controlling each stage.
Giovanni, Walter and Ermes grew up among the vineyards and today the winery is under their management. Ermes Marsura has made significant changes to the production of sparkling wine thanks to new technologies and innovative research that would guarantee perfect product quality. The success of this approach has been confirmed by many awards at international competitions.
