Elegant pink wine "Marquieres" Vendanges d'Une Nuit is made from grapes harvested in the vineyards of Languedoc at the foot of Montagne Noir (Black Mountain). The sun can be very detrimental to already ripened fruit, as it can cause rapid fermentation, which is undesirable for the production of fine wines. Enologist Xavier Roger collects the harvest exclusively at night, as indicated in the name (Vendanges d'Une Nuit - night harvest). Vinification uses maceration and mild fermentation, thanks to which the wine gets a tender pink color and delicate taste.
"Marecres" Vandage d'Nune is a universal wine, it is perfectly combined with a wide variety of dishes: from pasta and salad to sushi and sashimi. Also, the wine can be served with a red meat steak.
