"Kvevri" Saperavi - dry red table wine of the line "Kvevri", has a pleasant aroma and slightly tart, harmonious taste. The wine is made from selected Saperavi grape variety grown in Kakheti. Kvevri - crock-amphora without handles, used for centuries in the Georgian wine fermentation and aging of wines. Kvevri can be different sizes - with capacity from one to hundreds of liters. In 2013, the UNESCO organization made vintage kvevri method in the list of intangible cultural heritage.
World wars and political upheavals repeatedly interrupts a winery "Eniseli-Bagrationi".
