"Haus Klosterberg" Pinot Noir - excellent dry red wine, which has a rich and balanced berry taste and elegant, elegant aroma. The wine is made from Pinot Noir, grown in the Mosel region. The wine produced at the winery, built in the XIX century. In 1984 it became the property of Max Molitor, which is obsessed with its reconstruction, with great attention to detail and the image of the building, but, nevertheless, trying to make it a cutting-edge, equipping it according to the best winemaking techniques. After the reconstruction, the winery has received several prestigious architectural awards, including "Architekturpreis Wein" in 2013.
Harvest was collected from 15 sites that are treated only manually. Specialists of the company carried out a careful selection of berries in several stages. Particular attention is paid to the time when it is necessary to carry out the harvest, because it affects the quality of the wines. Berries should reach optimum maturity, despite the autumn frost and rain.
Markus Molitor Wine has its own color-coded bottles depending on the type: dry - with a white "cap"; semi - green and sweet - with a golden. One, two or three stars in the title indicate the wine does not taste or type of wine, and the degree of maturity of the grapes. All wines have a quality mark "Made Molitor."
