Producer's description
Les Celliers Associes cooperative was founded in 1953 by merging 12 farmers growing apples in the valley of the Rance. Construction of the plant for the manufacture of cider lasted the entire 1955. On the banks of the River Rance settled apple orchards companies that originally occupied only 5 hectares. From 1976 to 1980, the company has undergone changes in the production process at the plant were the latest tanks for the production of cider, which could maintain low temperature. Were also planted new apple orchards. Since 1995, Les Celliers Associes began to actively develop the export market. In 1997 the plant was installed the first water treatment plant.
