Reviews of purchase Luciano Sandrone, "Cannubi Boschis", Barolo, 2009
The wine is dark ruby color with a purple hue.
Creamy, soft and warm taste of wine with a hint of chocolate and menthol perfectly set off sweetish ripe tannins. Long aftertaste permeate tone black fruit, oak and spice.
Bright aromas of ripe black cherry notes perfectly complement the vanilla, cloves and other spices.
Wine is perfect for Italian cuisine, game, meat dishes and cheeses.
Stunning red wine "Cannubi Boschis" was first created in 1985 as a series of Cru wine. Today "Cannubi Boschis" - the only representative of this series, created by winemakers economy Sandrone of harvest from vineyards in Barolo.
For the production of "Cannubi Boschis", was used in 2009 Nebbiolo grapes harvested in the period from October 8 to 14. According to the methodology used grapes from different areas vinified separately. Separated from the ridges and crushed berries in a single day passed a gentle warm maceration in contact with carbon dioxide. Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts started 24-36 hours. To carry out malolactic fermentation used 500-liter French oak barrels. Matured wine barrels in similar type Tonneaux. The process of blending wines was carried out in spring 2012. After bottling, produced in July of the same year, the wine was aged for another 20 months in bottles.
