Sparkling wine Louis Bouillot, Brut Gran Reserve, Cremant de Bourgogne is made from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Gamay and Aligoté. In the taste and aroma of the wine characteristics of these varieties are disclosed fully saturating the wine fresh, pleasant acidity and a variety of flavors. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged 24 months in bottles.
The company was founded by Louis Bouillot family Buyo in 1877. Almost from the first years of existence, the company has specialized in the production of sparkling wines. Established in 1980, Boisset Family Estates is engaged in manufacture and import wines. Boisset family business began in 1961 when the parents of the current owner Jean-Charles Boisset founded the winery in Burgundy - known far beyond the French wine region. Himself Jean-Charles Boisset was born in the village of Vougeot on the ground of Burgundy. Since childhood, he was surrounded by centuries-old vineyards and old wine cellars of the castle Clos Vougeot. Love for his native land and the vine Jean-Charles inherited from parents, and winemaking became his life's passion. Currently Boisset Family Estates owns twenty old farm located in the south of the country, Beaujolais, Burgundy and the Rhone Valley. The company also owns wineries in Canada and the United States (California).
