Wine greenish-yellow color.
The wine has a rich, expressive, rounded taste with harmonious acidity and a long finish.
Elegant, fresh aroma of the wine is filled with tones of ripe yellow peaches.
Wine is a wonderful addition to the meat, as well as generously flavored seafood.

The grapes for a very generous, rich and concentrated wines Langenlois "Shtaynmassl" Riesling is grown in the vineyard "Steinmassl", located at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level. It stretches along the southern and south-eastern slope of the hill, and thus protected from the cool winds blowing from the west and north. Nedra soil composed of gneiss and include a little weathered silvery shimmering mica. Topsoil - brown clay, heavy, rich in nutrients, contains a large number of stones, which complicates the work in the vineyard. Nevertheless, the soil has a great advantage: it absorbs and stores heat, which continues to emit for a long time after sunset.
Riesling for the production of Langenlois "Steinmassl" carefully selected and harvested by hand in late October-early November in a small 20-kg boxes. After fermentation maceration is carried out spontaneously in steel tanks (50%) and oak barrels (50%), which is completed by the end of December. Wine is aged 7 months on fine lees in the Austrian oak barrels.
Born into a family of winemakers, Fred Loimer Jr. immediately decided to continue the family tradition. After study and work abroad, he returned to his father's winery, to use their knowledge in the production of wine. In 1998, a year after the management of the economy fell into the hands of Fred Jr., he acquired the historic vaulted brick cellar, a former cellar Haindorf Castle. With the help of the architect Andreas Burghardt Fred Loymer renovated basement, adding on top of a building in a minimalist style, which serves as an office and a tasting room.
Since 1999, wine farms Loimer stored in the historic cellar in perfect, natural temperature conditions. In addition, the grape varieties Riesling and Vetlinger with individual sites are ranked among the best wines of Austria and the world.
