Wine ruby red color with garnet reflections.
The taste is soft, enveloping, balanced and warm, with rounded tannins and a long finish.

Nebbiolo for "Lo Zoccolaio" grown in the vineyards of Cascina Lo Zoccolaio in Barolo with excellent southwest exposure. Harvest, limited 45 quintals per hectare, harvested by hand in October-November. Fermentation in tanks made of stainless steel in contact with the skin for 10-15 days. Aged in new oak barrels lasts 36 months. Before bottling the wine is not filtered.
