Reviews of purchase "Les Chenes de Bouscaut" Red, Pessac-Leognan AOC, 2009
Wine of deep red color.
Taste wine exquisite, refined, with balanced acidity, powerful, but at the same time elegant tannins and a long finish with spicy nuances.
The wine has a rich flavor, which harmoniously interwoven notes of ripe red fruits, complemented by nuances of smoke and leather.
Wine will be a harmonious pair with cod, flounder, salmon, trout, and white meat, poultry, veal, roasted or braised red meats.
