"Le Petit Parisien" Blanc Sec - Dry white wine, the aroma of which captivates, excites the senses and taste. It is made from a blend of three grape varieties - Ugni Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested only on reaching the optimum ripeness of berries and immediately transported to the winery in special trucks. Whole bunches are placed in a press, the resulting juice defend in steel tanks, separating the precipitate. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, then pour the wine and aged on the lees for 4-6 months. The result is an amazing white wine that goes well with the classic cold snacks, scallops, fish sauce, white meats and cheeses.
