"Cuvee Alexandre" Pinot Noir - a nice fruity wine with a complex aromatic bouquet, a good structure and a long finish. The wine is made from Pinot Noir grown in the vineyard "Lapostolle Atalayas". Wine expresses the general philosophy of winemaking sector, aimed at better expression of varietal characteristics through the elegance, balance and aging potential. Vintage Pinot Noir was harvested at night in late March. After desteblirovaniya berries have been cold maceration, fermentation and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. 2012 had excellent conditions for growing Pinot Noir in Casablanca. The winter was much colder and with low rainfall than usual. It was the driest year in the last 10 years.
