Reviews of purchase Labaume Aine & Fils, Bourgogne "Hautes-Cotes de Beaune" AOC, 2015
The wine is deep ruby-purple.
The taste of the wine is soft, fresh, fruity, well balanced, with delicate notes of haze, ripe rounded tannins and a pleasant aftertaste of medium length.
A fragrant bouquet of wine is made up of bright notes of fruits and berries (gooseberries, blueberries, red currants) interlaced with cocoa halftones.
Wine fits well with a wide range of French cuisine (for example, lamb with rosemary and garlic, tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms), roast chicken, turkey and soft cheeses.

The philosophy of Alain is to maximize the use of organic methods of growing grapes and producing wine in order to preserve and better display the nature of the terroir of Burgundy.
