Reviews of purchase Domaine de la Romanee-Conti, "La Tache" AOC, 2004
Wine iridescent ruby-red color.
The wine has a bold, dense and sweet taste with a distinctive liquorice tones. Excellent structure is very long and refined finish. Wine requires 10-15 years of aging.
The wine has an unusual odor, which are interwoven notes of blackberry, black raspberry liqueur, truffles and tar.
To Tash goes well with the traditional red wines meats and cheeses. But as the producer, the perfect combination of wine are truffles, rabbit meat and game birds and cheeses are best suited Citeaux (sieve), Saint-Nectaire (Saint-Nectaire) and Brillat-Savarin (Brihaye-Savarin).
Despite its high cost, the wine Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is very difficult to find because collectors around the world vying for the opportunity to supplement their collection of this extraordinary bottle of burgundy drink. All bottles La Tash are individually numbered. The history of the farm Domaine de la Romanee-Conti as rich as his fault: the estate was founded back in 1232. All wines DRC bright, rich and light enough.
