Vineyards Chateau Busko (Chateau Bouscaut) exist in the commune of Cadaujac, since the 16th century. Until 1929 Chateau Busko was called Haut Truchon. Property Chateau Valoux, which was in the neighborhood, became part of the Chateau Busko and in the same year in the area were built wine cellars. In 1960 the castle was completely destroyed after a severe fire, which did not affect only the cellar. In 1979, Lucien Lurton acquired the estate, known winemaker of Bordeaux, who at that time owned already at least ten other prestigious castles. This man with the soul of the winemaker and recognized the potential of the exceptional terroir Château Busko. From 1992 to the present day the whole economy operates Lucien daughter - Sophie Lurton. Throughout those years, during which Lurton family owns the farm were made numerous improvements in the cellars, replanted vineyards, purchased the neighboring estates and renovated buildings. The estate continues its active development, led by the enthusiasm and innovation of their respective owners.
Area vineyards - a 47 hectare farm, 40 hectares of which are given under Merlot, Cabernet and Malbec Sovion. The rest of the planted varieties Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Chateau Busko annually produces 100,000 bottles of red wine and 20 000 bottles of white wine.
