Wine producer is a well-known Italian winery Pio Cesare. Berries for L`Altro Chardonnay is fermented in vats, then 75% of the wine is kept in stainless steel containers for six months, and 25% - in oak barrels.
Pio Cesare was created in 1881. Prior to that, it housed the medieval stables, so the farm there is a special atmosphere, you can see the Roman ruins and the defensive wall ... Pio Cesare - is one of the first winemakers in Piedmont, the export of wine abroad.
