"Hochheim Stein" - one of the best red wines of Kunstler, created from Pinot Noir. Grapes grown in the Rheingau region, famous for wine-making tradition since the early medieval period. Wine has become, if not a religion, then certainly the hallmark of this region. There is open Viticulture and Oenology Institute, and in almost every village in the region annually wine festivals, where the customs of the German wine can meet everyone. Translated from the German "Hocheim Stein" means "native stone" that is associated with a centuries-old tradition of wine production, laid back in the monastery farms Rheingau. "Hohhaym Stein" aged in oak barriques, wine storage capacity is 10 years.
